Nase nach Honig und Gewürzbrot, sehr komplex. Im Mund malzig, recht präsente Säure; mir fällt spontan das Adjektiv „unfreundlich“ ein. Nach ca. 15min. entwickeln sich noch Aromen von Vanille, Papaya und warmem Weißbrot.
